Got a problem?  Got no one to talk to?  Come along to Talk Zone - a new counselling service for 13-21 year olds in Luton.

Talk Zone is based in Luton town centre.  It’s a safe and welcoming place where you can discuss whatever’s troubling you with a professionally qualified counsellor.

It’s free and confidential, so anything you say won’t be passed on (unless you or others are in danger).

Professionally qualified counsellors

All the counsellors working for Talk Zone are qualified to at least Diploma level or equivalent.

Talk Zone counsellors are members of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere strictly to the Ethical Framework of the BACP.

Individually tailored support programme

When you register, you will have access to six counselling sessions.

After your first six sessions we will review your progress to make sure the support you are getting is helping you in the right way.

If we think you will benefit from further support you may then have another six sessions.
