My Gen Next youth programme

Low GCSEs results?  Worried about where your life is going?  The 'My Gen Next' youth programme can help.

This programme is designed to help you if you have no GCSEs at grades A*- C.

It can help you with things like:

  • figuring out what you’d like to do next – learn, earn or both
  • making sense of finances and money
  • dealing with homelessness
  • family planning and child care while studying
  • support for drug addiction
  • disability hardships
  • dealing with depression
  • helping you choose which training or education options are best for you
  • finding a job or Apprenticeship
  • building your confidence
  • support for carers

This is a no pressure programme that will help you figure out what's best for your future.

Entry requirements

To take part you must be 16-17 years old, a resident in the UK, live in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk or Suffolk and should not have gained any GCSEs at A* to C.
