If you're aged 16 to 25 and not in education, employment or training, the Prince's Trust 'Team' programme can help.

Improve your skills, increase your confidence

'Team' is a 12-week personal development course that can help you:

• improve your chances of getting a job
• increase your confidence
• discover your hidden talents
• develop your skills

As part of the programme you will:

• be part of a team of 15 people for 12 weeks
• take on community projects of your choosing
• have an action-packed residential week
• get two weeks' work experience
